WARNING! a little bit of sexy stuff later!

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
“Ugh, it is freaking cold!” you whine to yourself.
Here you are, covered up in a mountain of blankets freezing your butt off as you stare at the decaying wall in front of you.
You begged your parents to let you stay in Vancouver all by yourself during winter break. You lived farther up north so you decided to visit the southern part of Canada to get away from all of the hectic school caused you. You were able to find the cheapest hostel and you went through a lot of trouble just to afford it. Now here you are, having a miserable time.
Being the oblivious person that you are, you forgot that you would be here the same time Vancouver hosted it’s Winter Olympics. Due to that, the noise level increased tremendously and every second you would see people from all over the world walking by from your window.
“Damn it (name), get a grip!” you yelled at yourself. You pounced off the couch and started jumping up and down, trying to pep yourself up. “I should be happy! I came here to have a good time and I am going to freaking get it!” You dashed to your suitcase and dug out a (favourite colour) long sleeve shirt, jeans and a white jacket. You threw them on, along with a knitted white hat and a pair of black boots. You grabbed your key to your room and rushed out of the door.
Once you got outside, the cool wind rushed to your face as you were unprepared for it. It stung for a moment but then the feeling subsided. You were so eager to get out of the hostel that you didn’t have any clue on what you were going to do. ‘Eh, I’ll figure it out,’ you thought to yourself.
 Your feet crunched through the snow as you walked along the sidewalk. As you strolled, people kept on running into you and pushing you out of the way as they all rushed in the same direction. You noticed that people were walking toward a large stadium in the distance. You also noticed that every person that walked by you either had an American or a Canadian hockey jersey on. ‘How can they wear that when it is the middle of winter!’ you thought to yourself as you gawked at the jacket-less people.
From behind you, you heard a group of guys shouting something.
“We are going to miss the game if you lazy asses don’t hurry up!” one of them said.
“We are walking as fast as we can!” complained another one.
You could hear their voices getting louder and before you knew it, an elbow hit you and pushed you into the ground. You landed onto a pile of snow as the guys kept moving along, pretending like you weren’t there. You wanted to scream out every curse at them but decided it wouldn’t do you any good. “Idiots,” you grumbled to yourself as you put a hand down to lift yourself up. “This is why I hate the Olympics.”
“Ouch!”
….
“What the heck was that?” you said, your eyebrows knotting in confusion.
“Down here.”
You looked down at your left hand and started to lightly move it around in the snow. “Furry,” you whispered, a smile crawling onto your face.
“Yes I know I am, can you help me get out of here?”
“Um, sure,” you said to the anonymous voice. ‘I swear I have heard that same voice before,’ you thought to yourself.
You stood up and started to push the snow away to reveal a small fluffy polar bear. You were actually sitting on this thing just before. When the bear got up, you deadpanned. Yes, you were right. You did hear that voice before. And you’ve seen this bear before.
“K-K-Kumajiro?” you asked in astonishment.
“Oh hi (name),” Kumajiro says sweetly.
“Wh-what are you doing here in the snow like this?”
“Oh, well whats-his-name and I were walking to the stadium so he could play his hockey game but then I lost him through a crowd of people and as I was looking for him I ended up getting knocked into the snow as you just did a moment ago.”
‘Whats-his-name,’ you thought. Your face soon started to beam as you excitedly ask the bear, “You mean Matthew? Matthew is here? I haven’t seen him in such a long time!”
 “Oh so that’s his name…I keep forgetting,” Kumajiro says as he puts a paw to his face.
You have known Matthew since you were kids. You were instantly smitten with him the day you laid your eyes on him when you were younger. They way he would talk in a whisper was adorable, and how his blonde curl fell over his violet eyes was just irresistible. You two became very close friends throughout the years. Things started to fall in sixth grade when you two didn’t have any classes with each other once you both entered middle school. Your love for him still stayed strong but for some reason, he started to turn invisible on you. You were now into your senior year of high school and you haven’t seen him ever since. This new opportunity  was another chance to see Matthew again.
“Come on Kumajiro,” you say as you pick the bear up in your arms. “You need to find Mattie right? I think I might know where he is.”
~FABULOUS FIVE MINUTE TIME SKIP~
You reached the stadium and boy, it was packed with people. “You said Mattie had to play a hockey game right? This must be the place then,” you said to the polar bear in your arms.
As people walked by you, they gave you a questioning look to their face, wondering why you were talking to a bear in the first place, let alone carrying one. You just ignored their stares and started to move toward the entrance.
“Um, (name),” Kumajiro pipes up. You stop to look down at him to see what he has to say.
“You need a ticket to get in there....” Your face expression drops when reality hits you.
“…but we can sneak in through the back.. That’s where Martha usually goes to get ready.”
“You mean Matthew,” you chuckle. “Good idea.” You look both ways before non-nonchalantly sneaking into some nearby bushes and walking towards the back of the stadium. Luckily for you, you didn’t see any security guards around so when you reached the back door, you opened it and peeked inside. You snuck in and silently closed the door. It appears you were in a Men’s locker room. Nobody seemed to be in here so you started to walk down the aisles.
That’s when you heard someone lightly sobbing not too far away. You stopped at a corner locker and peeked to see who was there.
All dressed up in a Canadian hockey uniform, was someone hunching over with their back to you. You could see a glimpse of blond hair and placed right next to him, was a pair of glasses that were tear stained.
All of a sudden, Kumajiro slipped out of your arms and pranced toward the weeping figure. “Hey, look…um…uh…you! Yeah you, I’m here now!” The person jumped from their seat in surprise as he turned his head to Kumajiro. Your mouth curled into a smile as you saw that recognizable curl bounce as the person turned their head.
“Kumakichi! How did you get here?”
You decided to walk toward the surprised Canadian. “I found him,” you say as you approach him.
He then turned to you as his violet eyes grew wide in astonishment. “(Na)-(name), is that you?” he whispered as his voice increased an octave.
“Yeah,” you say as you take a seat next to him. “I was visiting here when I found Kumajiro,” you say as you glance at the bear. “I’d thought that I should bring him back to you. I had a feeling you were here.” You smiled warmly at him. You could see Matthew’s cheeks turn a rosy red which made you want to squeal from how cute he was.
You stopped smiling when you looked into Matthew’s eyes. “Mattie, were you crying?” you ask.
“Um…I wouldn’t say that…I-I mean…” he stopped as you held your finger up to lightly wipe away a stray tear falling from his face.
“Th-thank you for finding Kumajiro for me,” he whispered as he looked away in embarrassment. “It’s okay to cry once in a while,” you say as you look away from him too.
“I know I did when I didn’t get to see you again.”
Matthew turned to look at you, which made your cheeks flush. You decided that it was now or never to tell him your true feelings.
“I-I’m sorry (name), I mean, we were in completely different classes when we got to middle school…” he trailed off.
There was a short silence until you spoke up. “Um, I just want to let you know that I was really worried about you all of these years. It’s like the missing piece of my heart is now found. My heart is now complete.”
You looked up at him to see him gazing into your (e/c) eyes.
“Really?” he asked.
“Yeah,” you chuckled as you scratched the back of your head as your face started to turn as red as a tomato.
“Um, (name)…” Matthew said as he took your hands into his. “I am really sorry that we grew apart. I really cared for you too…and um…I never realized how much I’ve missed to see how beautiful you have become all of these years.”
Your heart was pounding in your chest as you felt your whole body getting really hot.
“Mattie,”
“(name),”
“I love you,” you both said simultaneously.
You both gasped and started to lightly laugh together. “Really?” you ask. “Yeah,” Matthew whispered gently.
You were so caught up in the moment that you forgot where you are. “Mattie, aren’t you supposed to be playing now?” you ask gently, grazing a hand over his arm. “I couldn’t do it without Kumakichi being here,” he said as he glanced at the bear, who seemed to have fallen asleep in one of the empty lockers down the aisle. “Besides, my team is just warming up now.”
“Well in that case,” you say.
“What?”
“Don’t I get a reward for bringing Kumajiro back to you?”
“Um, well…I guess…er…what do you want?”
You cupped your hands onto his cheeks and brought your face close to his.
“You,” you whisper before your lips meet his in a heartwarming kiss.
Matthew was surprised at first but then his lips mended with yours as the kiss deepened. You could feel Matthew slowing pushing you down onto you where he soon laid on top of you, slowly putting his hands on your hips.
You smiled and decided to take it a step further. You bit Matthew’s bottom lip, asking for an entrance. He seemed hesitant at first but then happily obliged.
Your tongues danced as they fought for dominance. You decided to let Matthew win as you wrapped your arms around his neck.
He took his lips away from your and bought them to your neck where he nipped at it playfully, leaving love marks behind. You lightly moaned with pleasure as you ran your hands through his hair, accidentally brushing it again his curl. You heard Matthew softly grunt as he kissed your neck a little bit rougher. His hands traveled up and down your body, where he felt every single curve you had. You bit your lip, trying to hold back a louder moan that was about to escape your mouth.
You decided to use all of your strength to flip Matthew over, causing him to fall onto to the floor as you crawled on top of him. You pressed your lips against his again, playing round two with your tongues. You felt Matthew’s hands tug at your jacket, wanting you to take it off. You took your jacket off without leaving Matthew’s soft lips.
The two of you soon had to break for air, as a string of saliva connected to both of your mouths. You giggled as you wiped it away with your fist. You could see Matthew blushing, realizing that his hands found their way to gripping your butt. You smiled and rolled off of him, where you both stood up afterwards.
“Maybe you should play your game first,” you said.
“Y-yeah that’s a good idea,” he said.
“Then we can finish what we started at the room I rented,” you whisper into his ear, lightly biting onto it, making him breathe heavily.
“Come on,”  you took his hand and led him out of the locker room.
You two reached the ice rink where the Canadians and the Americans were still warming up.
“Well, I better go,” Matthew said as you turned to him.
“Okay,” you blushed. “Just one more thing.”
You placed your hands at his shoulders and pressed you lips against his for another quick kiss. You could see Matthew smile at you, his cheeks getting rosy again.
“For good luck. Now go on now my Olympic star,” you said to him cheerfully.
“Show those damn Yankees what you’ve got.”
Matthew smiled again as he opened the door to the rink and skated across to his teammates.
You sighed dreamily and sat in a nearby seat. ‘I can’t believe this all happened,’ you grinned to yourself.
‘I love the Olympics!’
